See Dax Shepard in NSFW Trailer for Motorcycle Cop Comedy CHiPS

The new red-band trailer for buddy cop comedy CHIPS is naturally full of automotive chases, pyrotechnics and dirty jokes. The reboot of the six-season television seriesstars Dax Shepard and Michael Pea.

Peas FBI agent, Frank Ponch Poncherello, is partnered with Shepards Jon Baker, a struggling layabout who happens to be an ace motorcyclist. Together the two try to capture a ring of corrupt police officers. In addition to player Baker, Shepard wrote and directed the comedy.

CHiPs also features Adam Brody, Kristen Bell and Maya Rudolph. In a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Bell gushed over the movie. Its incredibly romantic, and its so funny but not spoof-yits just wonderful, she said. And it was like, higher testing than Warner Brothers have ever seen. Im honored to be in it.

Bell described her role in the film as Shepards trashy estranged ex-trophy-wife. I had one goal [in writing this], Shepard joked. Kristens never been unlikeable: Im going to try to make her unlikeable.

CHIPS arrives in theaters on Friday, March 24th.
