Jyn Ersos political rebellion turns personal in the gripping new trailer for the first Star Warsstand-alone film, Rogue One.

The trailer then jumps years into the future and Jyn wakes up in a prison cell. Luckily, a cadre of Alliance soldiers swing by to bust her out, and soon Jyn learns that her father was taken to help the Empire build their super weapon, the Death Star.
If my father built this thing, we need to find him, Jyn says, initiating the roll call for the rag tag group of misfits that sets out to find Galen. The rest of the trailer blends an array of thrilling battle sequences, tension building one-liners and even a cheeky, but exciting thats-the-name-of-the-movie moment when the crew decides their call sign: Rogue One.
