The final installment of The Hunger Games film franchise will be unleashed this November, and by the looks of the Mockingjay Part 2s first trailer, itll be the tensest yet.

Make no mistake. The game isnt over, President Snow (Donald Sutherland) says to the series protagonist Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence). The films trailer previews the revolution Mockingjay Part 1 set up and delivers scenes of hope (Finnick Odairs wedding to his beloved Annie Cresta) and despair (more destruction at the hands of the Capitol, as run by President Snow). Leading the war is Katniss, District 13s Mockingjay and emblem of the revolution.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 was released last November. Rolling Stones Peter Travers gave it 3 out of 4 stars, calling Lawrence a firebrand for the ages. Travers also praised Lawrences excellent co-stars, including Julianne Moore, Elizabeth Banks and the late Philip Seymour Hoffman in his final theatrical role.

Mockingjay Part 1 also gained accolades for its Lorde-curated soundtrack. The Australian singer helped assemble a star-studded collection of original songs inspired by the motion picture. Kanye West, Ariana Grande, Major Lazer, Miguel, the Chemical Brothers, Grace Jones are among those who collaborated and remixed songs for the album, which eventually added Jennifer Lawrences surprise hit The Hanging Tree (as sung by Katniss in the film) to the extended version of the soundtrack. With lyrics by Hunger Games author Suzanne Collins, The Hanging Tree debuted on the Hot 100 at Number 12.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2will hit theaters on November 20th.
