See King Kong Punch Helicopters in Final Skull Island Trailer

The final trailer forKong: Skull Islandgives a definitive glimpse of the legendarily massive ape. Kong punches helicopters and fights the evil Skullcrawlers that killed off his species. The movie comes out on March 10th.

The films star-studded cast includes Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, John Goodman and John C. Reilly. Although its a remake, the new film is set in 1971, in the shadow of the Vietnam War. The trailers present the action movie with anApocalypse Now-like vibe, especially with the Animals classic song Weve Gotta Get Out of This Place further identifying the era.

Skull Island is the first Kong movie since Peter Jacksons 2005 reboot. If the new movie lives up to its blockbuster status, Universal previously announced that they would follow it up with a King Kong vs. Godzilla film in 2020.
